  • Hours lost per month: for each task you checked, times per week × duration × working weeks per month. Working weeks per month = (52 minus your weeks off) ÷ 12.
  • Your true hourly rate: annual revenue ÷ hours worked in the year. What each of your hours is actually worth.
  • What it costs you: hours lost × your true hourly rate. Per month, then × 12 for the year. Nothing inflated: it's the real value of the time you spend on this.
